Sunset Vista Development offers home design and rebuilding services, with a focus on assisting homeowners recovering from the L.A. wildfires. Our services include but are not limited to:

 Pre-engineered home design plans

 Custom home design services

 Property evaluations and rebuild strategies

 Consultation services, including Deep Dive Calls

Our services are for informational and advisory purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional construction guarantees.

2. No Refund Policy for Deep Dive Calls

All sales for Deep Dive Calls are final and non-refundable. Once a call is booked and payment is processed, no refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling requests will be honored. By purchasing a Deep Dive Call, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide accurate and professional guidance, we make no guarantees regarding the outcome of any decisions you make based on our advice. Sunset Vista Development is not responsible for the success, failure, or financial impact of any actions taken based on our services.

4. User Responsibility And Due Diligence

Clients are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before proceeding with any construction, rebuilding, or financial decision. We strongly recommend that all clients consult licensed professionals, financial advisors, and local building authorities before making significant commitments.

 Decisions made based on our advice, consultations, or services.

 Financial, business, or personal losses resulting from our recommendations.

 Delays, material shortages, or external factors affecting the rebuild process.

 Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any provided information.

By using our services, you agree to hold Sunset Vista Development harmless from any claims, liabilities, or losses.

All design plans, consultation materials, and intellectual property provided by Sunset Vista Development remain our exclusive property and may not be copied, resold, or distributed without written permission.

 All payments for services must be made in full before work begins.

 We reserve the right to refuse service for non-payment or unauthorized transactions.

 Pricing and service fees are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
